The Trapani family has a long standing history of farming in the Hudson Valley for four generations, and continues to provide fresh fruit and vegetables to the Hudson Valley. Benjamin Trapani, a Sicilian immigrant, built the vision of Trapani Farm when he began farming in the Lattintown area in 1923. The family legacy continues through Ben Trapani and his son Scott. This Ulster County fruit farm and apple orchard feeds the community in several ways. In addition to their CSA program, Trapani Farms offers a wide variety of fruits and vegetables at their home farm stand and at markets in New York City and New Jersey. Trapani Farms has partnered with FeedHV feeding local food access agencies since 2018.
